nothing too much trouble, i would happily return. helpful staff, fair prices, the location is good adjacent to tenerife. the rooms are bright and reasonably spacious, with exceptionally comfortable beds. you will find central heating and a private entrance.

Our room was quiet and featured central heating and a private entrance. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a cloud-like experience. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short distance from Anne of Cleves House.

I really enjoyed the hotel, its lovely room, and very nice staff. It was in a wonderful location, really close to El Teide National Park and Tenerife. the lunch at Cote Brasserie, just steps away from the property, had every choice imaginable.

Clean rooms with daily cleaning. Spacious and bright, top floor room with large sunny balcony. Convenient location for access to trails and Teide National Park. Friendly and helpful personnel. Beautiful village with places to eat and drink.

The experience with the hotel personnel was like something out of a movie, they were so kind and helpful. The overall feel of the stay was super positive - it's a nice sleepy village with great walking trails, yummy places to eat and drink, and a charming atmosphere. The rooms were simple but clean, and the hotel staff was always there to assist. The location was great, right in the middle of the village, and it was cheap! My room on the top floor had a jaw-dropping, sunny balcony and was spacious and bright. Even though the place was a bit rundown, it had a certain charm. The portable heater in the room was a lifesaver in reducing the humidity. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast included, but for the price, it was still a fantastic deal. So if you're looking for a positive, budget-friendly stay in a beautiful village with great hiking, fishing, and horseback riding options, this is the place for you! No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
